Yelling to Connecting

A course for Parents Ready for a Calmer Way Forward

A course to help you pause, find your calm, and face parenting struggles with more confidence, balance, and connection.

Do you feel stuck in a cycle of yelling and guilt?

You don’t want to yell. You want to respond calmly.

You care deeply about your children and your relationship with them.

You fear you are falling into the same negative behaviors you experienced as a kid growing up that you did not/DO NOT want to repeat.

If this resonates with you, then I bet you also…

  • Feel like you’re the only one who struggles with this

  • Compare yourself to other parents - and always fall short

  • Experience shame and guilt about how you show up with your kids

  • Have consumed every parenting book or podcasts but still struggle with putting the ideas into practice in everyday life

This program changed the way I show up as a mom and as a parent. It’s not just about yelling less, it’s about creating lasting, loving bonds with my children. I now understand why it is so important for self-care as not only do I benefit from self-care but so does my whole I feel stronger, more grounded, and more hopeful about the kind of mom I can be.

What you don’t want to admit to anyone is …

You don’t always enjoy parenting, you don’t enjoy every moment with your kids, you feel deeply ashamed, and you are certain it's all your fault.

Guess what? You are not alone.

It’s possible to feel more balance and ease – and know you ARE a good Mom.

Imagine how different your life would be if you could…

  • Feel more lighthearted and balanced with your kiddos

  • Trust that you have the strength and emotional capacity to handle your toughest parenting moments

  • Connect more easily with your children

  • Find more little moments of joy in everyday life with your kiddos

  • Laugh and smile more with your kids – and in general

This is all possible when you find your inner calm in the storm of your toughest parenting moments.

Learn and experience you are NOT alone in your …

  • parenting struggles

  • Efforts and determination to yell less

  • The reasons you yell

You are truly not alone. I’ve been where you are right now and many other parents are with you too!

Most parenting programs focus on your child, their behaviors, why your children do what they do and teach how you can respond to best support your child. This information is invaluable, but it leaves one important part out…you, your needs and what’s happening with your nervous system.

And yelling to connecting, we will focus on what’s happening with you, your blocks, depositing, your inner thoughts and deeper underlying emotions that sometimes fuel old yelling patterns.

I'm already stretched thin. What if I don't have time?

I designed the course and group with busy parents in mind. The videos between groups are about 10 min and if you miss one no problem we will discuss as a group as well. You can do as much as you have time for any given week. You will have lifetime access to course videos and workbook.

What if I cannot make all of the group calls?

No problem. Group calls will be recorded and you can access the recordings (video and audio) until 2 weeks after the group ends.

How do I know this will be worth my money?

We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you do not find value by the second session, we'll refund your fee.

My kids will be around during the group call, is that a problem?

No. You can step away as much as you need to. You can just listen and turn off video if you prefer. We are flexible and your family comes first.

What if I see someone I know?

All participants agree to confidentiality, and you'll likely find it reassuring to connect with other parents who are having similar feelings and experiences. You can also always turn off your video and just listen.

I'm already drowning - how do I add one more thing?

I so hear you. This course will help reduce your daily stress by giving you tools that will support you immediately. Many parents report feeling more confident and less overwhelmed.

I've read parenting books - how is this different?

The course is designed to offer the support that books cannot provide, connection with other parents. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions for your specific situation.

How much does this course cost?

One time payment of $497 or two payments of $255.

I've tried other parenting strategies before and they didn't stick. How is this different?

Many parenting tips focus on managing your child's behavior. Yelling to Connecting helps you focus on yourself - your emotions, your triggers, and your nervous system. When you can pause and stay grounded, everything shifts. This is not about quick fixes -it's about lasting change from the inside out.

What if I yell again after taking the course?

You probably will - because you're human. The difference is you will have tools to repair, reconnect, and learn from the moment instead of staying stuck in guilt or shame. That's real growth.

I'm worried this will make me feel judged - will it?

Absolutely not. This course was created by me, a fellow parent and recovering yeller, who knows firsthand how hard it can be to feel judged. Every part of this program is designed with compassion, curiosity, and encouragement- not judgment. It will

Tell me about your credentials.

I am a mama of three.

I also work as a therapist in private practice. I learned about attachment and connection. I learned about the bond between an infant and parent(s). As John Bowlby taught, attachment is wired in, and it goes from cradle to grave, meaning we as human beings need connection throughout our lives.

As a parent, I began to focus my search for parenting support on methods and ideologies that were attachment-based, trauma-informed, and based in science.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist Supervisor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I love my work and am grateful for all I learn from my clients every day.
